If you selected in-store pick-up for your online order, you can return it within 14 days for:
A full refund
Store credit
Just bring your item(s) back to the shop with proof of purchase.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Items purchased in-store are eligible for:
Exchange
Store credit
within 14 days of purchase.
Please note: we do not offer refunds on in-store purchases.
WHY THE DIFFERENCE?
We get it... shopping online is different. Since you can’t try things on ahead of time, we offer refunds on online orders to give you peace of mind.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange in-store and online:
Items must be returned within 14 days
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
Items must be in resale condition
