When can I expect to receive my order? 

- Orders are shipped the next business day after the order is placed. Most orders take about 4-7 business days to arrive depending on your location. If you need the item sooner you can choose a quicker shipping method. 

I placed an order and selected "In Store Pick-up", what happens next? 

- We will contact you within 24 hours letting you know your order is at the store ready to be picked up! This is a great option for local customers as this method is free!

I saw an item on your Instagram page that I love, but don't see it on the website. How can I buy it? 

- We try our best to get all products that we have in store on our website ASAP, but some items will not be published online. You can call us and order over the phone at any time (our number is 250-762-2234). We will process the order over the phone and ship it out to you the same way online orders are shipped! 

My size is out of stock! Will your physical store have it available? 

- Unfortunately not! Everything in store and on our webstore is synced, so if something is sold out online, it will be sold out in store. 

Will the out of stock item become available again? 

- Usually items are not restocked to keep product unique and ever changing. 

I am not sure about the fit of the item even after reading the product description. Is there a way I can find out more about it? 

- Yes! We are more than willing to answer and detailed questions about an item you're interested in over the phone. We can even send you more photos if needed. Just give us a call! 250-762-2234

I just received my order, but the item doesn't fit. What do I do?
