When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are shipped the next business day after being placed. Most packages arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Need it sooner? Faster shipping options are available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
I selected in-store pickup — what happens next?
We’ll contact you within 24 hours to let you know your order is ready for pickup in store. This is a great complimentary option for our local Frakas girls.
I saw something on Instagram that isn’t online — can I still buy it?
Absolutely. While we do our best to upload all new arrivals quickly, some pieces may not appear online right away. Give us a call anytime at 250-762-2234 and we can process your order over the phone and ship it directly to you.
My size is sold out online. Will it still be available in store?
Unfortunately not. Our inventory is synced between our boutique and online store, so if an item is sold out online, it will also be unavailable in store.
Will sold out items be restocked?
Most styles are not restocked in order to keep our collections unique, limited, and constantly evolving.
I’m unsure about sizing or fit. Can I get more details?
Of course. We’re always happy to answer detailed fit questions, provide styling advice, or send additional photos before you purchase. Just give us a call at 250-762-2234.
Can my order be gift wrapped?
Absolutely. Leave a note in the comments section at checkout and we’ll beautifully wrap your order. You’re also welcome to include a short gift message for us to attach.
My item doesn’t fit — what should I do?
You’re welcome to ship your item back for a refund in accordance with our return policy. You can find more details on our online return policy page.
